I have horrible experience with this seller. I politely contact them and ask for refund according to the eBay guideline. The watch is in original package and did not get used yet. Thank you for your feedback. The buyer purchased two brand new Apple Watches and used them for 19 days. They then contacted us and advised us that they no longer wanted them because Apple no longer supported updates, which has been the case for nearly two years. We advised the buyer that since the item was sold brand new factory sealed and returned in used condition that they would qualify for a partial refund pursuant to eBay guidelines. They then left retaliatory negative feedback.

a good hardware with terrible software for iOS!
The device itself is well built, looks nice, battery lasted for about three days per charge (for my daily use). I used it with android phone, it worked fine. But I switch my phone and now using iPhone 5s running iOS 9. I installed LG fitness app (version:2.5.23), it NEVER synced with the Lifeband, I mean never on the iOS. Every time I try to sync the Lifeband the fitness app crashes, EVERY TIME. What's the use of band if I can never sync and save the data to the mobile device? I would give 4 stars as an android user but as an iOS device user, LG lifeband deserves no stars. Great for 3 days
Enjoyed it while it worked, but that was for a whole 3 days. Then it started vibrating - couldn't stop it and it eventually lost power. Could not rechasrge it. Nothing worked after that. Vendor was on extended religious holiday of almost 2 weeks. Once they got back, refund issued promptly.
