Seller refused my order, falsely blaming my address, which has remained the same for years. Then hiked their price by £10. Bought same item elsewhere (not through Ebay). Paid a total of 3p more than my Ebay order. Delayed due to seller incompetence. The hoe works fine for breaking & moving the soil. The hoe head is retained by a flared plastic cap that fits over the handle, this needs to be secure or the head will come off. I've put a small screw in the end for now. Seems OK but time will tell.
