I couldn't see all this happening in the post (although it was only packaged in post bag and 1 x layer of bubble wrap - no extra protective box) so the item description could have been improved and I would recommend buyers ask for actual photos of item...

envelope with allowed thickness of 5mm only. Not classed as a letter
as item is 22mm thick. Attracted extra postage required of $8.15 which
in this case was not enforced on me. Just convenient the seller forgot to put a sender contact on the letter !
