Contacted seller over 4 times with two different emails with no response. Status of the item I purchased showed it hasn't been shipped. The item was supposed to be delivered over a week ago. Very disappointed since we ordered from the seller in the past with no problems. Can't understand why he/she couldn't send a reply. Waiting for reimbursement as we wasted time waiting for this item to arrive and at this time, we can't do any work at all.
