Many thanks for despatching my parcel shortly after ordered on 28 Sep. Evri did not effect delivery until PM 3 Oct (estimated 30 Sep - 1 Oct). Their tracking info says delivered to Secure delivery Parcel box , when it was just left on my doorstep. Not your fault but you may wish to consider using an alternative courier. When I unpacked the cushion, the foam appeared to have lost its memory but has since regained a degree of its original shape, albeit with heavy creasing where it was folded.
