I suffer 2 different types of migraine I came across this and gave it a try. It didn't disapoint. It went over my head covering my forehead and back of my neck after being in the fridge for an hour. I felt the relief almost straight away. I am buying another so I can use 1 when the other is cooling. Defo recommend this.

Even without putting it in the freezer it is still really cooling!!!! But putting it in the freezer and putting it on is magical 😌 defonatly recommend! Migraine/headache reliever
I suffer daily headaches as well as migraines. Painkillers very rarely work so I often sleep with an ice pack on my head. This makes that ten times better, it’s having the cooling sensation wrapped around your head it’s amazing!! I highly recommend to anyone who suffers with headaches but especially those who head heats up so much during an attack 😊
