Auf Nachfrage kam dann die Begründung: „Artikel ist so nicht verfügbar“ - zum Zeitpunkt der Bestellung waren „mehr als 10 verfügbar“.
Vielleicht hat man mit falschen Preis eingestellt. Kann passieren. Dann kommuniziert man ordentlich, findet eine gemeinsame Lösung und schiebt nicht dem Kunden die Schuld zu.
