Although given a positive rating, it could have easily been neutral or worse, as the binder arrived after 5 days with one "push-through" obverse not described. I had to repair to make useable. Despite being very well packed, not the usual high standard from Lin and Chas. Would have expected more from a £16 item worth £7 at best.Charlie.
