This is my 6th Citizen watch and my 2nd Promaster Skyhawk, but this is by far the best of the bunch. The quality is second to none. I own several high end watches from Omega and Tag Heuer, and I would say this is just as fabulous with a hell of a lot more functions. With the added bonus of not needing an expensive service like high end watches do. Never needs a battery as its powered by light. I defy anyone to find a more accurate watch. Its simple gorgeous, get it today!

Well the watch was certainly new and delivered promptly. Unfortunately, it arrived in generic Seiko box rather than the specific collectors edition box and the cyclops is misaligned ( Seiko prob rather than seller). Im assuming that in order to deliver such good value, the seller takes wholesale products, Japanese domestic supplies, which is OK.
