    This is more about service than product. The battery pack is great. It worked perfectly in my Sunsetter easy shade. The service was outstanding. The first battery was either lost or stolen in transit. The post office delivered a damaged plastic bag with nothing in it. I notified x_in_1 to see what my options were. They immediately sent me a replacement battery with no questions asked! I thought that was outstanding.
