Purchased a club and received it I good time as described. Packaging left a lot to be desired as the club was wrapped in plastic bag and placed into a cardboard box. On delivery the box had been squashed and I opened it in front of delivery driver to ensure there was no visible damage. He advised to take it up with Aust Post. Still unsure if shaft is not bent. Better packaging could have helped.
