It wasnt really clear when ordering that this pencil did not have a smudger on it. Not a problem for me as I dont use the smudger.

The picture shows the pencil without a smudger, the listing says "without smudger". Sorry that you did not see this.

I have bought Clinique Quickliners for Eyes for many years but this is not like any product I have bought before. The pencil does not twist up properly and it hardly leaves any trace on the skin. I have difficulty believing it is a genuine Clinique product.

I have been a professional seller on Ebay since 2007 and do not sell anything that is not 100% genuine! If the twist-up pencil mechanism is faulty, shame you did not email me to arrange a refund before posting malicious feedback!
