The only 'defect' I saw was ONE cosmetic mark, like a scratch about a 1cm long near the heel, but otherwise the boots function perfectly. Comfy and good for wide feet. There's still some tightness (I have very wide feet though) but that's only because it's so new, and I have faith it'll soften with use. Boots are great, shop was great. Absolutely worth it. 5 stars !!!!!
