got a kobra neo that came with a defective limit switch for the x axis but their customer support was excellent and was able to get in touch with them relatively quickly. good manual and quick assembly. my only real complaint with it would be the lack of profile settings as due too its cheaper price i would presume that newer hobbyists would be attracted to it.as a cheap direct 3d printer with direct drive i would highly recommend. 10/10 apart from the switch problem i had
