    Don’t buy from this seller – they shipped me a set of glasses free-floating in packing peanuts, and one of them arrived chipped. When I messaged them to resolve the issue, they asked me to pay shipping on a replacement! When I agreed to, then they just gave me the runaround. Bad packing and even worse customer service!

    Items were not free floating each glass was individually wrapped with bubble wrap the box itself was lined with bubble wrap and peanuts. The box was marked all sides as fragile glass. Buyer agreed to pay for shipping only but never followed through.
