Seller set up shipping on 3/20 but did not deliver item to post office until 3/26. I get it life happens fine but no communication about it. Package arrives wrapped in Christmas wrapping paper (which was ripped in two places) and a plastic shopping bag. No outer envelope or box. Item is a soft cover book with newsprint paper inside and a 60# card stock cover so with out a proper outer packaging item could have been completely trashed, luckily it arrived intact. Would be reluctant to use again.
