I did finally receive the refund for the second item. Communication should be easier through EBay Refunding items not satisfied with should be easier and shipping charges that are deducted for the refund should not be as high. This does not all fall on the sellers. My buying from EBay is going to be limited from now on because of that very reason. Trying to do anything with EBay is exhausting.
