Still, the mounts were stamped as being 14k white gold, NOT the advertised platinum. Oddly enough, the included backs were platinum. Since the stones appraised for enough above asking to pay for a platinum remount in the future, I’m not going to complain too much. That said, I will NOT be purchasing any precious metals or stones on eBay without the authentication program moving forward.
