      More Tapas Please..

      Be prepared for a different, more earthy range of tastes and recipes in this DVD. Focussing more on northern Spain, Rick stein identifies a range of cooking ideas not normally associated with Spain such as lentil dishes and more vegetable dishes. Yes indeed there is the Tapas in San Sebastien and this is what we have come to expect of Spanish cuisine. However he might have tried to demonstrate how to prepare some of these tapas at home though. This was a thoroughly enjoyable DVD on Spanish cooking.
