If they had walked 5 more paces they could have left the item in the dry, but obviously could not be bothered!! And so the item got soaked through, Not ideal for a jigsaw in cardboard! I tried to contact Gibsons sending photographic evidence, but no reply. I tried again, but still no reply. I eventually had to open a case through Ebay to return the item and get a refund.
