promised the item would leave today and hasn't im meant to have free shipping and the have charged me for shipping very evasive so i think they are a scam

Beware of this customer ordered item and expected the item to be delivered at her front door the same day. She contact us several times and wanted express post which we took her word that she would pay for it and never did. she made claims that we were a scam we have been in the business for over 15 years. She ghosted us once the parcel was sent. I would never want to deal with this customer again so beware ebayers!
