Extremely slow to post. After seller decided to finally post the item, they discovered one of them was out of stock so refunded that item. The other items were then posted, however were packaged incorrectly and became damaged at the post sorting facility. They were posted as letters, not parcels. After requesting a refund 4 days ago I have not received a reply.
