Reached out to the vendor and was told every item is inspected. Unfortunately my first purchase from this seller and my item wasn’t new at all. Packaging was completely removed, parts that belong are missing. Buyers beware, they got me good. Not new at all. Hiphonic’s seals their amps, my item arrived completely opened and not in new condition. It looks switched. Check the pics, I couldn’t believe it.

Listing was misleading and seller wasn’t willing to work with issues. The listing did state the unit was missing parts. There was an inventory list included within the listing as a photo that said what items are present, however there were no other pieces in the box that arrived. Not a good deal.
