I trusted the process and opened the package after the delivery person left, only to find one item missing. I'm not sure whether this was an honest mistake or something intentional. Unfortunately, this experience makes me feel I cannot trust the delivery fully. In the future, I would strongly recommend opening the package in front of the delivery person to avoid issues like this. I have to rate positive as can't click others.
