It would have been nice had the seller made me aware that the dinnerware was being sent in two shipments! Secondly, since there was a chip on one of my bowls it would have been nice if they could have sent me another bowl, but instead they didn't have another bowls to offer me and instead were offering a refund! That doesn't solve my problem! Where is "customer service"?
