Awfully glad I ordered this. I do really appreciate this publisher and its language books. Great condition, very secure packaging!, and very quick delivery. Most of all, the description was ACCURATE, which is sometimes not the case with language books. Often the sellers pretty much forget to describe whether it has audio materials or not! This was great!

  • Okay...but...

I like the tone of the teaching, i.e., good upbeat pace. Music is more like background music and not a really obvious memory aid. I expected to hear a "rythym" that somewhat corresponded to the words/conversations being heard. That is not the case for most of the lessons. I think this product would work a lot better if the music beat corresponded or made a closer connection with the words being learned. Sometimes it does, but it is a stretch. I bought it because it seems like a valid argument that music can help the words "worm" their way into your memory.....my conclusion....maybe - but could be more powerful if closer correspondency between words and music.
