    There was an issue with the shipping invoice so I called and spoke to a wonderful Japanese Gentleman that was so helpful. He fixed the issue in a flash. He custom made the shaft for my job and shipped as quickly as possible. I don't know whos hands my job touched but everywhere it was done right. Great product. Friggin awesome ebayer!!
