I reached out to this seller, who offered me a complete refund; however, I was able to repair this capability by locating and purchasing the necessary, specialty replacement bulbs. The seller and I then reached a mutually acceptable price adjustment. Accordingly, I would be quite happy to do business again with this seller.

    I ordered my item, which started out ok, then suddenly stopped. The seller printed a shipping label but then never gave the shipper the package. I gave it some time in case there was a delay, but still nothing. I reached out to the seller to see if there was an issue, but received no reply. Waited a few days, reached out again, still nothing. Had to get Ebay involved. Based on reviews it seems this seller is hit and miss. I do not recommend unless you like to gamble!
