Made a big difference !
After i tried this in only my second dose i felt much more alive when i woke up in the morning . The flush is amazing to experience i should have started on 250MG but i went in at the deep end but its not too bad considering the benefit i am feeling now and so soon . My Cholesterol was checked at 9.1 and i wont touch statins , so i am taking this instead because i have heard many good things about Niacin , statins are poison over 35 % of people get side effects i was on them for 3 months before i learned my lesson . In a months time i will have another blood test and see the results , at the moment i feel great not tired and not sluggish for the first time in months i also take 1000MG vitamin C .
