Bought a cobalt neo-therm 50W aquarium heater from this seller and was sent an item called a seawater refractometer. After contacting the seller about the issue, the incorrectly sent item was returned with the expectation that the seller would send the correct aquarium heater that was listed. This was what the seller communicated to me. After that point, the seller has been completely nonresponsive and I get the sense I'm being dodged. For what reason? All I wanted is the heater I purchased.
