I was going to leave a neutral comment on here because I never received my item, it was shown in a picture that it was delivered to my home, but it was delivered to someone else’s house, and by chance they sent it to me, I was not expecting it to come back to me , I have lost a lot of items, because of the mail people, some were expensive and some were not, this was one that someone actually returned to me

Hi. I'm unsure how the US Mail making a mistake and delivering your item to the wrong house is somehow the ebay sellers responsibility? or how that would warrant negative or neutral feedback against the seller? Please explain how you'd justify this?
