    The good: the hitch is well made and looks good. It arrived sooner than expected. The bad: the hitch arrived in a damaged box. One end had a hole that was huge and the other side was broken completely along one edge. 80 percent of the mounting hardware was missing. The better: Customer service was awesome. 10 minutes after I sent them their requested info, pictures of the box and what I had received, I got notice replacement hardware was being shipped. Really all you can ask for online

    This item's directions need to be a little more descriptive because it directs you to which part you need, then it gets confusing. After looking at how-to videos, I was finally able to attach them. Customers might want to watch videos on installation prior to receiving them. When it appeared that my package had missing screws and washers, the seller responded almost immediately. I highly recommend this seller if purchasing automotive parts. The seller also rectified the missing parts problem.
