Seller sent the original envelope proving that it was sent back to them. Thank you for being persistent and making sure I got my item. Seller shipped out within a day of my order. The worms were alive, healthy, and looked good especially for the amount of time they were in transit. I only had 3 casualties, but I believe that was on me. They were in small part of the bedding that I missed misting. They included 100 extra from the 250 I ordered, so a good value.
