I was told that it came with everything in the picture, but I didn't get the dough hook. I reached out to the seller about it, and they didn't say anything back. It also wasn't packed well; the box was literally broken open when it arrived. I found that the processor bowl doesn't have a tight seal and will let liquid out as you blend. I also found that the blade cap for the cups leaks as well.
