The item I purchased (QNAP TS-664-8G) was not what I received (TS-464-8G). Seller claimed an issue with eBays tech for the item description error. The item was returned at sellers expense. I understand automation is in place in their ordering systems, however the seller should have checked my purchase for accuracy before sending. QA?. My money was tied up for 2 weeks, I did not get what I needed & they wasted their own resources on dispatching & return of the item. Ebay+ deal now expired. :-(
