Royal Mail sent me a £1.50 under payment. When I sent pictures the packaging and card requesting payment the seller refunded me the £1.50. My dogs love their lick mats so this was adding an additional one.

So glad your dog's like them, we use a template to check size of the parcel and the post office also checks when we drop the parcels off so I don't understand why they charged you but never mind all ended well :)
