Lights are bright and for a small room not bad air speed. Very quite and seems to be sturdy. One thing not to happy about is the way the fan secures to the ceiling with just twist locks I'll have to look at that more to figure something more. But can't go wrong for the price of the combo unit for a small space, Or low ceilings
