Two of the leads are broken, and the others are splitting. The contents were securely wrapped so it did not come from shipping. The alligator clips have black gunk or maybe corrosion and I had to tape one as shown in the picture. Most of them are splitting and now I have to purchase leads. I am hoping the internal EKG is not compromised. I am very disappointed and I paid quite a bit for this EKG. I saw the approval rating and I felt comfortable to purchase from this seller.
