    This is an untrustworthy reseller. I originally asked for a refund or replacement for the defective item. They had the audacity to say their product was not rechargeable when their product description CLEARLY states that it's rechargeable! Do they expect their customers to not be able to read? Why are they CLEARLY false advertising? I posted our entire conversation in the photos. This reseller is the worse of the worst. Stay Clear of Them! I DEMAND a 100% refund, not the $5 bucks I was offered
