Not delivered as pictured unfortunately. Packed into small satchel which had come apart by the time it was delivered with quite a few skeins stuck to the adhesive and therefore damaged. Do not know if all the wool made it as package partially open . Seller admitted had underquoted postage so removed wool from plastic bags to try and fit in smaller bag quoted. Disappointing transaction and communication.

Just for some context, I made a mistake in not contacting the buyer directly before I went to post the item at hand in regards to how this item were to be sent (type of postage). Unfortunately the postage option I choose was not satisfactory for the buyer which I completely understand now and I have apologised to the buyer directly. I believe this is an isolated incident and overall not a true reflection of the time, effort and care I put in when I post items to buyers on this platform.
