I contacted the seller to make them aware that, as an open box item, this may have been repacked with the incorrect hardware. They shifted the blame to the manufacturer/vendor. I was simply hoping there may have been an oversight and they may have the correct hardware. This was not the case and I felt like I received more of an ultimatum than a solution. As a parts salesman myself, I know the importance of customer satisfaction, even if it means I may not make as much or have to absorb the cost.
