    Item arrived as described, however, was double charged for shipping. I paid with paypal $7.00 for shipping. When it arrived at my post office, it had $5.51 shipping that needed to be paid before I could get the item. Shipper charged me $7.00 for small flat rate box but then proceeded to put this box inside a mailing envelope. Post office charged me $5.51 for the price of postage on the mailing envelope. Hoping it was an honest mistake and get refunded for second shipping. 1 day late.
