Item was shipped within Ebays shipment window and shipping costs were known to buyer at time of purchase. I offered to refund the buyer but buyer stated "the item is mine not yours". I appreciate my buyers and want to ensure they have an excellent experience with our store. Unfortunately, there are buyers that will never be satisfied, and always want more for less.
