I received this lamp on behalf of my son who by the way thought it was brand new ! The lamp in question was just fine as it was a used lamp but fine never the less I did leave negative feedback which we take back as the buyer was lovely and asked if we needed a refund all in all I now leave positive feedback as the seller in question was brilliant about it so kind regards to the seller

Hi. The lamp was listed as used. I have checked through the listing and doesn't state new anywhere. I haven't had any correspondence from yourself regarding this so any resolutions. I haven't tried contacting you and heard nothing from you. The photos showed there was no rust at all, it was in good condition for a secondhand lamp and I would have preferred it back rather than it just going in the bin. I would have accepted a return and a full refund but you haven't asked for this option.
