Arrived damaged due to inadequate packaging needed to protect contents. I was offered a full refund with shipping but this would require an hour or more of my time not to mention delays on my project. This is unacceptable to me and blaming inadequate shipping precautions on the USPS is a poor excuse for customer service. eBay sellers need to do better and I refuse to accept the burden of responsibility being placed on me or our postal service.

Sadly, some people cannot be satisfied. They have been trained to want something for nothing. If the item is damaged, I'm happy to accept a return. This buyer expected their item which was sold as open box to be shipped in a crate as opposed to the manufacturers box. An odd assumption for an item sold for half the price of the big box stores. Scammers, make note of this feedback, I do not negotiate with economic terrorists.
