I would like to point out I replied within 2 hours offering two options 1) instruction on how to change language and reset, or 2) return for a full refund. After not receiving a reply I proceeded to send you a prepaid label for return. Then the following afternoon you mentioned paying $200 for a new battery and reset. We stand by the quality of our devices and wish you responded to my last messages to let me resolve any issue.
