An offer was made to have me keep the rod for half off the price, but eat the shipping for the delivery. For an item that I wouldn't have purchased had I known it was used. The offer was refused. Ebay had to intervene to send a shipping label for the return, and issue a refund. Think twice about dealing with this 'seller'.
