Während einer vermeintlichen Reklamation, stellte sich eine zuvorkommend freundlichen Kommunikation seitens des Verkäufers heraus. Nach kurzer Zeit löste sich der Reklamationsgrund in Luft auf und es blieb nur noch Freude meinerseits über die gekaufte Ware übrig.
