    Negative vibes - Not Reiki

    I trained in Usui Reiki and am a 2nd degree healer trained via Takata with 20 years of experience in pure Reiki. Ms Stein is a creature of her time. Apart from mixing Reiki with all manner of other healing methods she writes with an undertone of hatred for men. Unfortunate really for the general tone of a holistic book. This is not a book about Reiki, it’s a book about diluted healing for women a la Stein. I would only recommend it if you were a Reiki healer wanting some tips on hand positions and symbols not to use in addition to some very questionable crystal and chakra advice. Not nice. Very negative.
