Terrible seller. I purchased $69 BMS, which was not working. Seller, asked for photos. After sending photos. Seller instructed me to pay for shipping, send it back exactly as instructed.. then closed the case 2 days after opening refund request. All while communicating as if he wanted information. Bad seller who didn’t help and strung me along to keep my money. I don’t trust seller and wish I could get refund. eBay this is why Amazon is better.
